A train collision between a long-distance train and a stationary commuter train at Bekasi Timur Station in West Java, Indonesia, killed 14 people and injured dozens. The impact struck the commuter train’s women-only carriage, officials said. Emergency services, including police, military, fire brigade and the Red Cross, worked through mangled carriages as investigations continued into the cause of the crash. PICS/AFP
