The Cockroach Janata Party's planned June 6 protest at Jantar Mantar has sparked a major controversy after the organisation issued an open invitation to students, youth and political parties across India. Questions are now being raised over whether the required permissions have been obtained, with Delhi Police rules generally requiring advance notice for large public demonstrations. The controversy intensified after CJP spokesperson Saurav Das dismissed the need for prior police permission, triggering a social media backlash. Critics argue that large-scale mobilisation without proper coordination could raise law and order concerns in the national capital.

A major controversy has erupted ahead of Abhijeet Dipke's planned return to India on June 6. Influencer Shayan Krishna has alleged that the Cockroach Janta Party founder is not returning voluntarily but is instead being deported back to India. He challenged Dipke to produce evidence and "show the passport stamp" to support his version of events. Dipke has strongly denied the allegations, calling them fake and insisting that he is returning to India to participate in a major protest campaign over the NEET and CBSE controversies.
