A political protest unfolded outside the Delhi residence of Lok Sabha Leader of Opposition Rahul Gandhi after a group of protesters, including sadhus and women, gathered in the high-security area and raised slogans against the Congress party. Delhi Police intervened, detained at least eight people, and escorted them away to prevent any law-and-order situation. One protester alleged that long-time Congress workers had been sidelined, though authorities have not yet disclosed the organisers or confirmed whether any case has been registered.
