The Supreme Court on Tuesday scheduled for July 21 the hearing of the Meghalaya government's plea challenging the bail granted to Sonam Raghuvanshi, who is accused of conspiring to kill her husband Raja Raghuvanshi during their honeymoon in Meghalaya. The case centres on whether a typographical error in the arrest memo justified the grant of bail.
