Mahayuti will contest civic polls together, says Maharashtra CM Fadnavis

Speaking to the reporters in Pune, CM Fadnavis said, “The ruling parties BJP, NCP, and Shiv Sena will fight jointly wherever possible. Where the arrangement of sharing-seat is not possible, the constituents may contest independently”

Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis on Thursday said that the government will try to conduct civic elections in the state on time and asserted that the Mahayuti will contest the BMC elections polls together, reported the PTI.

The Mahayuti comprises of BJP, Eknath Shinde-led Shiv Sena and Ajit Pawar's Nationalist Congress Party (NCP).
