Tennis great Roger Federer’s hometown of Basel has honoured him with a tram being named after him. On Friday, Federer Instagrammed this picture  in front of the tram named Federer-Express and wrote: “Hopping aboard the Fedexpress! Thank you for the incredible honour. It feels like just yesterday I was a boy getting to practice every day on No. 8 Dangge Basel @baslerverkehrsbetriebe.”

Federer, who lost to Poland’s Hubert Hurkacz in the quarter-finals at Wimbledon, is currently recuperating from knee surgery. He withdrew from the Tokyo Olympics and the US Open due to the injury. In August, he announced that he would be out for the rest of the season.
