It is said that an apple a day keeps the doctor away, and India’s star doubles shuttler Satwiksairaj Rankireddy, who is recovering from a shoulder injury, has opted to recharge his batteries with a bite of The Big Apple, visiting New York. Satwik sustained the injury a couple of weeks ago at the Japan Open, which led to him and his doubles partner Chirag Shetty having to miss the China Open. Instagramming a series of pictures to his nearly two lakh followers, Rankireddy captioned the post: “New York,” and an emoji depicting the Statue of Liberty.
