The Polish striker is also in serious doubt for their Champions League semi-final tie with Inter Milan in early May.&nbsp;</p>

<p>Lewandowski, 36, came off the field during his team&rsquo;s 4-3 La Liga win over Celta Vigo on Saturday. &ldquo;Tests carried out on Sunday have confirmed that Robert Lewandowski has a semitendinosus injury in his left thigh,&rdquo; read a statement by Barcelona , without specifying when he would return to action. &nbsp;Spanish media reported Lewandowski could be out for three weeks.</p>
