Former Liverpool and Arsenal midfielder Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain got married to his long-time girlfriend Perrie Edwards — a British singer from the famous pop group Little Mix — on June 13, in the quaint village of Faro in Portugal.
The couple opted to keep the ceremony intimate, inviting just 70 guests.
Oxlade-Chamberlain and Edwards, both 32, had been dating for the past decade. Their decision to tie the knot comes just months after their second daughter Alanis Valentine was born in January this year. They also have a four-year-old son, Axel.
The pair reportedly met through celebrity dating app Raya after one of Edwards’s friends had swiped right on the footballer’s profile on her behalf. They continued to text on the app before meeting each other for the first time at a London nightclub.
