India's comprehensive Women's Asia Cup victory in Dubai has resulted in major gains for several of their star performers in the latest ICC Women's T20I Player Rankings. The team secured a historic eighth Asia Cup trophy following a 72-run win against Sri Lanka in the final, largely due to impressive performances from Sree Charani, Deepti Sharma, and Shafali Verma.

Charani delivered a match-winning four-wicket spell in the final at the Dubai International Cricket Stadium, ending the tournament with 12 wickets. Her efforts pushed her to the top of the T20I bowling rankings, making her the first Indian bowler to cross the 800-point threshold.
