Former Indian opener Aakash Chopra issued a stern warning to the Indian Test team ahead of their first game of a two-match series against West Indies to be played in Ahmedabad from Thursday, October 2. While the Indian Test team will start the series against West Indies as favorites, Chopra recalled how the hosts were battered 3-0 by New Zealand in their own backyward last year.

Aakash Chopra also understands the importance of it being a World Test Championship (WTC) cycle and wants India to bag a perfect score by winning both the Tests. Shubman Gill and co. recently drew their previous Test series against England 2-2.
