USA's Harmeet Singh returned with the figures of four wickets for 21 runs in four overs. Shadley van Schalkwyk bagged three wickets by conceding 21 runs in 2.5 overs. Mohammad Mohsin claimed two wickets by giving away 19 runs in three overs

In the T20 World Cup 2026 match against the Netherlands, the United States of America (USA) emerged victorious by 93 runs at the MA Chidambaram Stadium in Chennai.
In an attempt to chase a target of 197 runs, the Netherlands was bowled out for 103 runs in 15.5 overs. Opening the innings, Michael Levitt scored three runs in seven balls. Max O'Dowd scored 13 runs in 11 balls, with the help of a boundary.
