Sachin wishes 2011 World Cup teammates on 10th anniversary

Tendulkar tested positive for COVID-19 on March 27 and got admitted in a Mumbai hospital on Friday.

Despite being on the hospital bed, India cricket great Sachin Tendulkar wished Indians and his teammates on the occasion of the 10th anniversary of the 2011 World Cup win. Tendulkar tested positive for COVID-19 on March 27 and got admitted in a Mumbai hospital on Friday. 

He tweeted: “Thank you for your wishes and prayers. As a matter of abundant precaution under medical advice, I have been hospitalised. I hope to be back home in a few days. Take care and stay safe everyone. Wishing all Indians & my teammates on the 10th anniversary of our World Cup win.”
