West Indies skipper Shai Hope evaluated his team's shortcomings following an eight-wicket defeat to India in the opening T20I encounter at the Bharat Ratna Shri Atal Bihari Vajpayee Ekana Cricket Stadium on Tuesday.

Facing an in-form Team India in their own backyard, Hope admitted that the visitors failed to execute their plans effectively. Reflecting on the challenge of playing away from home, Hope stated that the visitors have to be at their best to beat India.
