In the third T20I match against Team India, South Africa suffered a loss by seven wickets at the Himachal Pradesh Cricket Association Stadium in Dharamshala.

During the first innings of the match, the Proteas were bowled out for 117 runs in 20 overs. Speaking about the match, South African skipper Aiden Markram credited the Indian bowlers for hitting the right areas.
