In the first ODI match against Team India, England has reached a score of 117 runs for the loss of six wickets in 25 overs at the Edgbaston Cricket Ground in Birmingham.

Having opted to bat first, England's opening batsman Jacob Bethell departed after scoring 14 runs in 31 balls, including a boundary. Fellow opening batsman Ben Duckett was also dismissed on 43 runs, which came in 45 balls, including six boundaries and two maximums.
