Unseasonal rainfall forced the abandonment of all Round-Two matches of the Dream Sports Mumbai School Sports Association (MSSA) inter-school <a href="https://www.mid-day.com/sports/cricket/article/giles-shield-ton-up-kartik-chhajer-helps-svis-earn-draw-against-dnyandeep-seva-mandal-23610005" rel="nofollow">Giles Shield</a> tournament on Thursday.
The waterlogged Karnataka Sporting Association ground and Azad Maidan were deemed unsafe for play by the umpires.&nbsp;
<a href="https://www.mid-day.com/sports/football/article/mssa-inter-school-football-tournament-two-of-st-lawrence-players-don-jerseys-with-same-number-23587484" rel="nofollow">MSSA</a> secretary Nadeem Memon announced &nbsp;that every team will be awarded a point each.&nbsp;
&ldquo;Due to the continuous rain, we were not able to continue as per the umpires. We will eventually award each team one point,&rdquo; Memon said.
