Thane Municipal Corporation (TMC) has announced a 24-hour water cut in several areas including Mumbra, Diva and Kalwa from April 23 due to pipeline repair work. Residents have been advised to store water, as low pressure supply may continue for up to two days after restoration

The Mayor also directed that damaged protective walls along drains be repaired promptly and emphasised that all desilting work should be completed before May 31
