A domestic worker has been arrested for allegedly stealing a diamond-studded gold bangle worth Rs 5 lakh from actress Ameesha Patel’s mother Asha Patel’s Mumbai residence. Police traced the accused after Asha reportedly suspected her involvement and lodged a complaint

According to the police complaint, the incident took place at around 11.15 pm on September 3, 2026, on the southbound carriageway of the Coastal Road near Marine Drive
