The Nepal flash flood disaster has left 67 pilgrims from Maharashtra still untraceable, sparking growing concern among families back home. The group was travelling for the Kailash Mansarovar Yatra and was caught in the devastating floods in Nepal’s Rasuwa region. Families continue to wait for updates as rescue teams work to locate those still unaccounted for.    

The Disha Salian death case has taken a major turn, with the Bombay High Court ordering the CBI to register an FIR and conduct a fresh investigation nearly six years after her death. The court criticised the prolonged police probe, observing that it raised “more questions than answers” and pointing to what it described as glaring discrepancies.
