Three Air India aircraft were damaged at Delhi's Indira Gandhi International Airport after strong winds and heavy rain caused ground support equipment to break loose and collide with parked planes near Terminal 2. The incident occurred during a sudden spell of severe weather that swept across the capital. Viral videos from the airport show equipment moving uncontrollably across the apron while airport personnel attempt to stop it. All three aircraft were taken out of service for inspections and repairs. The Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) is expected to investigate the incident and determine responsibility.
