A little girl passed away from rabies after she failed to take the vaccine shots, citing fear of injections. She succumbed to the infection at a hospital recently, six months after she sustained a minor injury from a stray dog. 

Reports stated the child had been taken to a hospital a day after she was scratched by a dog, but she did not take the injection as she was afraid. The slight wound healed, and that was what everyone thought.
