In a jolt to the Uddhav Thackeray-led Shiv Sena (UBT) ahead of the West Bengal Assembly Elections 2026, senior state leader Susovan Ganguly on Monday quit the party just weeks before the polls.
In his resignation (mid-day has a copy of it), Ganguly cited an alleged internal mismanagement and neglect of the state’s interests as key reasons for his decision.
