Chairman of Tata Sons, N. Chandrasekaran, on Monday described the sexual harassment allegations at the Nashik office of Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) as “gravely concerning and anguishing,” and announced a high-level internal investigation into the matter, reported PTI.
The development follows serious complaints filed by multiple employees, prompting both corporate and law enforcement action.
