Congress leader Rahul Gandhi on Thursday highlighted concerns with the Ex-Servicemen Contributory Health Scheme (ECHS), stressing the need for better support for armed forces personnel, reported the PTI.

He said that during a recent interaction with injured veterans at a ‘Jansansad’, several issues related to healthcare access were brought to his attention.
