Nashik Police files 1,500-page chargesheet in TCS BPO harassment case

The SIT has cited digital evidence and allegations of forced conversion and identity alteration. The case has triggered public concern over workplace safety and is now moving closer to trial proceedings

Nashik Police on Friday have filed a detailed 1,500-page chargesheet in a sexual harassment case linked to the Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) BPO unit in Nashik.

The case involves multiple complaints and a total of nine FIRs have been registered against the accused so far. However, this is the first chargesheet filed in only one of the cases under investigation, reported IANS.
