Prime Minister (PM) Narendra Modi on Saturday disbursed incentives worth Rs 2,400 crore under the Pradhan Mantri Viksit Bharat Rojgar Yojana (PM-VBRY), benefiting more than 15 lakh people across the country and reinforcing the government's push for employment generation and formalisation of the workforce.

The event was held at Vigyan Bhavan in New Delhi, where the PM addressed beneficiaries, employers and stakeholders.
