School headmaster held sexual assault of 13-year-old student in Maharashtra's Yavatmal

According to the police, the Class 7 student was allegedly sexually assaulted by the headmaster on two separate occasions, on February 5 this year and May 1, 2025

Police have arrested a 47-year-old headmaster of a Zilla Parishad school in Yavatmal district in Maharashtra for allegedly sexually assaulting a 13-year-old girl student, police officials said on Monday, reported the PTI.
The accused, who headed a school in Ghatanji taluka, was taken into custody on Sunday following a complaint lodged by the victim’s father.
