Maharashtra: NEET aspirant dies by suicide after scoring lower than expected in Ahilyanagar

Family members said she had a separate room where she regularly prepared for her examinations. When there was no response from inside the room for a prolonged period, they entered and found her unresponsive before informing the police

A NEET aspirant from Maharashtra's Ahilyanagar district allegedly died by suicide after receiving lower-than-expected marks in the National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test (NEET), police said, reported IANS.
The deceased has been identified as Ankita Sangale, a resident of Jalalpur village in Karjat taluka of Ahilyanagar district, reported IANS.
