Congress president Mallikarjun Kharge on Thursday accused the Narendra Modi-led government of “surrendering India’s interests” to China in the six years since the Galwan Valley clash, alleging that Beijing has tightened its grip over several strategic sectors of the Indian economy.

He claimed that six years ago, Prime Minister Narendra Modi handed a clean chit to China after 20 brave soldiers made the supreme sacrifice in Galwan.
