Two persons, including a woman, were trampled to death by a <a href="https://www.mid-day.com/mumbai/mumbai-news/article/maharashtra-locals-disturb-wild-elephant-omkar-with-firecrackers-in-sindhudurg-23602249?button=next" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener">wild elephant</a> in Jharkhand&rsquo;s Koderma district, a forest officer said on Thursday.
The elephant trampled a woman, Maniya Birhorni, 55, to death at Mariampur. The second deceased has been identified as Baleshwar Soren, a migrant labourer from Deoghar district.
