JD(U) chief Nitish Kumar took oath today as the Bihar chief minister for a record 10th time at the Gandhi Maidan in Bihar's Patna, a day after he staked claim to form the next government in the state the and was elected the leader of the National Democratic Alliance (NDA).
In all, 22 ministers, including Kumar, were sworn in at the event. Governor Arif Mohammed Khan administered the oath of office and secrecy to them.
