India to get 'below normal' rainfall in June as monsoon stalls: IMD

India has received 20 per cent below normal rainfall since the start of the monsoon period on June 1, the India Meteorological Department (IMD) said, reported the PTI. 

The weather agency said that the overall precipitation for the entire month will also be subpar.
