Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma on Tuesday reaffirmed the state government's commitment to ensuring a comprehensive rehabilitation programme for families affected by the recent floods, saying the focus will now gradually shift from emergency relief to long-term recovery and rebuilding.
