Air India expands its UK network, adds more Delhi-London flights

The expansion strengthens Air India’s position as the largest airline between India and the UK, with around 1.7 million seats operated annually across routes connecting Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Ahmedabad, and Amritsar to London Heathrow, London Gatwick, and Birmingham

Air India on Thursday announced the addition of a fourth daily flight between Delhi and London (Heathrow) starting October 26, 2025, as part of its Northern Winter 2025 schedule, an official statement said.
With fresh addition, the airline increases its weekly frequency from 24 to 28 flights, adding over 1,100 seats each way per week on the high-demand route, it said.
