Nitish Katara murder: SC refuses to extend interim bail of convict Vikas Yadav

The Supreme Court refused to extend the interim bail of convict Vikas Yadav, currently serving a 25-year jail term in the 2002 Nitish Katara murder case. A bench of Justices M M Sundresh and Satish Chandra Sharma was hearing a plea filed by Yadav against the September 9 Delhi High Court interim order denying him any extension of interim bail.
