Maharashtra Deputy Chief Minister (CM) and Shiv Sena chief Eknath Shinde on Tuesday took a swipe at his predecessor and political rival Uddhav Thackeray, urging him to introspect instead of criticising leaders leaving the Shiv Sena (UBT), news agency IANS reported.

Rejecting allegations that he was engineering defections from the Thackeray-led faction, Shinde said leaders were joining his camp voluntarily because of the government's development-focused agenda.
