Shiv Sena (UBT) leader and Leader of Opposition in the Maharashtra Legislative Council, Ambadas Danve, on Tuesday launched a sharp attack on the six Lok Sabha MPs who recently joined the Eknath Shinde-led Shiv Sena, alleging that they had "sold themselves" and were lured away from the party.

The remarks come a day after six of the nine Shiv Sena (UBT) MPs formally joined the ruling Shiv Sena, marking another significant setback for the Uddhav Thackeray-led faction following the party split in 2022.
