Traffic travelling from Mumbai towards Pune has not been affected by the accident and is moving normally, authorities said

Highway authorities are working to restore traffic on the affected stretch at the earliest. Motorists have been advised to follow traffic police instructions and use the designated alternative route

Further details are expected once official information is received.
