Maharashtra: Navi Mumbai civic body observes Water Conservation Day with collective pledge

The Navi Mumbai Municipal Corporation (NMMC) observed Water Conservation Day on Friday, August 21, by administering a collective pledge during its General Body meeting at Rajmata Jijau Hall, officials said.
August 21 is observed as Water Conservation Day across Maharashtra, while August 15 to 21 is marked as Water Conservation Week. The campaign aims to raise awareness about the importance of saving water, protecting water sources and improving groundwater levels.
