Two labourers fall at Naigaon station construction site near Mumbai; safety net prevents injuries

Construction of the station building on the west side of Naigaon station near Mumbai is in progress under the proposed 5th and 6th line project between Borivali and Virar (MUTP-IIIA).

"On Tuesday at 1.35 pm, two labourers slipped and fell while fixing lintel shuttering (temporary mold used in construction to support and shape concrete). However, due to the safety net being firmly in place, both were immediately protected from injury," a Mumbai Railway Vikas Corporation spokesperson said.
