The stringent Maharashtra Control of Organised Crime Act (MCOCA) will be invoked against repeat offenders in cases of cow-slaughter and cow trafficking, Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis on Thursday told the legislative assembly in Mumbai.
