Mumbai Weather Updates: IMD sounds yellow alert; city to experience cloudy sky with heavy rain

Mumbai is expected to experience a maximum temperature of around 31 degrees Celsius and a minimum of 25 degrees Celsius, consistent with typical monsoon season conditions

As per the Indian Meteorological Department (IMD), Mumbai is likely to see persistent monsoon activity, with generally cloudy skies, breezy conditions and intermittent rain showers on Monday. 

Widespread rain is expected through Wednesday, becoming more widespread by mid-week with periods of moderate to heavy rainfall, accompanied by gusty winds reaching 50–60 kmph in isolated areas.
