Mumbai weather update: Moderate rain forecast for next five days; Thane, Raigad under yellow alert

Mumbai is likely to witness moderate rainfall over the next five days, with the IMD predicting intermittent showers and humid conditions. No weather alert has been issued for the city, while Thane and Raigad districts in the MMR are under yellow alert

Mumbai is likely to witness moderate rainfall on Wednesday and Thursday, followed by light to moderate showers on Friday and Saturday, before moderate showers return on Sunday, according to the India Meteorological Department's (IMD) district-wise forecast issued at 12.56 pm on Wednesday.

The probability of rainfall on all five days has been marked as "very likely".
