Mumbai’s transport ecosystem is set for a major digital overhaul with the launch of the Mumbai Transport Stack (MTS), an open data exchange platform aimed at integrating the city’s diverse modes of transport into a unified, technology-driven network.

The Mumbai Metropolitan Region Development Authority (MMRDA) has partnered with the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) to design and implement the platform.
