Mumbai: Flood-free SRPF ground in Goregaon East paves way for world-class sports complex

After a major drainage upgrade kept its Goregaon East ground flood-free this monsoon, the SRPF has unveiled plans for a world-class sports complex open to the public

After remaining waterlogged every monsoon for years, the Maharashtra State Reserve Police Force (SRPF) ground at Goregaon East has stayed flood-free this season following a major drainage upgrade. Riding on the success of the project, the SRPF has now unveiled plans to build a world-class sports complex on its 120-acre campus that will be open not only to police personnel and their families but also to the public.
