Mumbai: Oshiwara school ceiling plaster collapses during SIR verification, no injuries reported

Ceiling plaster at a private school in Oshiwara collapsed while citizens were gathered for the Special Intensive Revision verification process on Wednesday. No injuries were reported, while the Lokhandwala Oshiwara Citizens Association said it would raise the issue with the Education Officer

The ceiling plaster of a classroom at a private school in Oshiwara allegedly collapsed while citizens were gathered there for the Special Intensive Revision (SIR) verification process on Wednesday. No injuries were reported in the incident.

“I heard the noise from inside the room and rushed in. Thankfully, the tables were in one corner of the room. Thus, no one was hurt,” said Kauntey Jadhav, who was present at the school during the incident.
