The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has issued a yellow alert for Mumbai and parts of the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR), forecasting heavy rainfall at isolated places on Thursday as the monsoon remains active over Konkan.
According to the latest district-wise forecast and warning issued by the Regional Meteorological Centre, Mumbai, on Thursday, Mumbai is likely to receive heavy rainfall at isolated places on Thursday, followed by moderate rain on Friday.
