Residents of Lokhandwala have voiced frustration over the ongoing Mumbai Metro Pink Line 6 construction, saying the stretch of road over the Mogra nullah leading towards a premium residential society has become dangerously uneven and accident-prone. They allege that the slow pace of work has resulted in two lanes being shut for more than a year, causing daily traffic chaos.

Construction of the elevated Metro Line 6, which will connect Swami Samarth Nagar to Vikhroli, is currently in progress. The alignment passes through Swami Samarth Nagar, moves towards Infinity Mall and then heads toward JVLR.
