The Western Railway, while sharing Mumbai local train updates, on Friday said that there will be no jumbo block on the suburban section on Sunday, September 13, 2026, due to the Ganeshotsav 2026.

Jumbo blocks are generally carried out on Sundays to allow railway authorities to undertake maintenance and repair work on tracks, overhead equipment and other infrastructure. Such blocks result in changes to train services and cause inconvenience to commuters.
